About
Fair support, seen and heard.
Most directories stop at a listing. Juste goes further - it helps participants find the right support and be heard, and gives providers everything they need to run and evidence their service in one place.
What the platform does
Links participants and families with the right providers, directly.
Puts providers in a searchable directory built to be found by people and AI search.
Schedules workers onto shifts, with offer order driven by worker ranking.
Runs workers, participants and whole teams from one dashboard.
Builds compliant NDIS tax invoices from the current support-item catalogue.
Records shifts, status and side-by-side notes from workers and participants.
Checks providers and workers so participants can choose with confidence.
Keeps append-only, tamper-proof notes, flags and swaps that protect everyone.
Pairs the right support to the right person, on the participants terms.
Operates the whole service end to end - not just a listing, the system behind it.
Why it exists
NDIS pays high rates, and too often participants are the ones left unseen while the system runs around them. Juste was built as a two-way platform so participants are seen and heard - not treated as a line item. Workers and participants each keep their own record of every shift, and those records cannot be quietly rewritten. It is accountability built in, on both sides.
For providers - from independent support workers to large teams - it is the operations platform behind the listing: roster, workers, participants, compliant invoicing and PRODA-ready records, on one flat membership by team size. No commission, ever.
Juste is an independent platform operated by Leah Justyce Art Gallery (ABN 73 658 665 321). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. "NDIS" and "National Disability Insurance Scheme" are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the supports available to participants.
