1. About Juste
Juste is an independent NDIS provider directory and business operations platform operated by Leah Justyce Art Gallery (ABN 73 658 665 321). Juste is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. By using Juste you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use Juste
Juste is open to NDIS participants, families and carers (free to browse and contact providers) and to NDIS support workers, providers and agencies (paid membership required to list and use the operations platform). You must be 18 or older to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Provider memberships
Provider membership is paid at signup and billed monthly in Australian dollars. Your membership tier is based on team size. Membership renews automatically unless cancelled. Juste takes no commission on any job, booking or invoice — you keep 100 percent of what you earn. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for ensuring their listings, credentials, invoices and service agreements are accurate and comply with applicable NDIS rules and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Juste provides tools to help manage compliance but does not verify credentials on your behalf. You must hold current insurance and qualifications required for your supports.
5. Invoicing and financial records
Juste provides invoicing tools, expense tracking, mileage logging and a tax-time export to assist providers in managing their finances. These tools are for record-keeping purposes only. Juste does not lodge tax returns, provide tax advice, or hold client funds. Always consult a registered tax agent or accountant for tax obligations.
6. Service agreements
Juste includes a service agreement builder that generates template documents. These templates are provided as a starting point only and do not constitute legal advice. Providers should review agreements with their own legal adviser before use. Juste is not responsible for the content or enforceability of agreements generated on the platform.
7. Messaging and reviews
Juste provides in-platform messaging between participants and providers, and a two-way review system. You must not use these features to harass, threaten, defame or mislead other users. Juste reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful.
8. Participant use
Participants and families may browse the directory and contact providers at no cost. Creating a participant account allows you to track supports, message providers and leave reviews. Juste does not manage your NDIS plan, act as a plan manager, or handle NDIS funds on your behalf.
9. Intellectual property
Juste and its content are owned by Leah Justyce Art Gallery. You retain ownership of the content you upload (profiles, notes, invoices). By uploading content you grant Juste a licence to display it on the platform for the purposes of operating the service.
10. Limitation of liability
Juste provides tools and a directory. We do not verify the quality, safety or compliance of any provider listed on the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juste is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform or reliance on information listed by providers or participants.
11. Changes to these terms
Juste may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
