Leah Justyce is a professional fine artist with over 26 years of experience, whose work has been featured in British Vogue, World of Interiors, and House & Garden UK. Alongside her art career, she is the founder of a growing family of Australian businesses and online platforms, bringing real-world experience in creativity, enterprise and building something from the ground up. Leah offers 1:1 mentoring for NDIS participants across two areas: creative mentoring and enterprise mentoring. Her approach is simple — she meets each participant at the interest they already love, and uses it as the vehicle to build genuine skills: confidence, independence, communication, planning, and work readiness. Rather than focusing on producing "perfect" work, Leah focuses on the person: their growth, their goals, and their pace. Her creative mentoring supports participants to develop skills, confidence and community participation through a creative interest of their own. Her enterprise mentoring draws on her experience as a founder to support participants working toward employment and self-employment goals — helping them build the skills, confidence and direction to turn a creative interest into something real. Every participant is different, so every program is individual. Leah's role is to follow their lead, build their capacity, and help them create, grow and thrive on their own terms.
