Juste is an NDIS provider directory and operations platform. Participants and families browse and compare providers for free with no account needed. Providers pay a flat membership to list and run their business - rostering, workers, communication and invoicing - all in one place.

Does Juste take a commission?

No. Juste charges providers a flat membership fee only. There is no commission, no payout fee, and no cut from any job. Providers keep 100 percent of every job.

Is it free for participants and families?

Yes. Browsing the directory is always free and needs no account. A free participant account lets you track your schedule, get notified of worker changes, write shift notes and leave reviews.

How does invoicing and claiming work?

Providers create invoices in the dashboard. Plan-managed and self-managed claims are handled as standard invoices. For NDIA-managed claims, providers export a one-click PRODA-ready file.
